The introduction of this technology responds to a clear consumer need: while the pedestrian door is very convenient to enter the garage with ease and immediacy, On the other hand there is a need to give more stability to the same making it even more secure and compact.
Our new lock with four points of closure consists of the usual lock and handle to which three additional revolving hook latches are arranged along the entire height. With a slight movement on the handle of pedestrian door, the entire system of hooks fasten in each panel of the door.
It is sufficient a slight action on the handle of the pedestrian door to activate the entire system of hooks that – with an absolutely fluid movement – enter and fix in the door panels.
With a simple gesture will be substantially increased solidity and robustness of the pedestrian door. This ensures an increased security against housebreaking. Emotional Light is the lighting composed of bands of colored LEDs that, integrated with a special perimeter seal, allow you to dimly illuminate the environment outside the sectional door.
NEW – EMOTIONAL LIGHT ON HANDLE
The iconic Breda handle is now lit in new colors: those of the evocative Emotional Light lighting.
Thanks to a special kit with integrated LEDs, it is finally possible to backlight the characteristic profile, to obtain a unique and original effect.
SIDE LEDS, UPPER LED OR COMPLETE KIT
Adjustable in intensity and colors, the LEDs can be installed along the entire perimeter of the closure, or only on the upper bar or on the side bands, so as to highlight, even at night, the space available for the passage of cars.
Not only aesthetic, but also efficiency, as Emotional Light also performs the function of flashing when opening or closing the door. An integration with a clock or twilight sensor is also available for timed ignition.
The lighting kit is equipped with a system with spring switch, which is fixed to the guide and the panel through the use of two simple brackets and no need for spiral cable.
This allows to obtain a clean and mimal aesthetic effect also on the inside of the door, allowing, at the same time, the automatic switching off of the light during the lifting or lowering of the panels.

Ultra Motion is the first motor branded Breda, designed to improve the performance and comfort of sectional doors’ use.
On version 800 or 1200 Newton, Ultra Motion allows the panel’s lifting with a speed of 25 centimeters each second; the movement is fluid and silent, made safe by a mechanism with belt tracks and locking systems as photocells, safety rib or light curtains.
The integrated Wi-Fi connects to the home network and allows you to manage each automation directly from your smartphone. On the app, you can check in real time the door’s status, set an opening’s percentage, set the panels’ lifting or lowering, together with the switching on and off of the LED lighting.
Ultra Motion is supplied with included two four-channel remote controls and can be equipped with wall button and numeric keypad, both wireless.
