Due to increasing production, the company enlarged its premises. On January 1st 2001 the business became a publicly listed company (S.p.A.) and moved to new premises in Sequals. This allowed further company development and growth, as well as the introduction of a new industrial plan for the whole production process, using modern machines. Breda has developed new sophisticated production methods to maximise returns from the advanced technologies in its new production facilities.

This growth in research and development, aimed at improving production cycles and quality processes, induced the company to certify their quality management system to the (ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2003, ISO 14001:1996 standard in 2005 and the CE trade mark).
