In order to be marked Breda, each new product must satisfy all safety standards in full and come complete with a range of safety systems. These safety systems, like the quality of the construction of the shutter doors, are very carefully tested and checked to ensure what you have chosen is “the best”.
Sectional Loading Doors, Folding Doors and Dock Levellers are guaranteed to have advanced safety systems and in some case are covered by international Breda patents as well as CE certification against mandatory specifications for products marketed in the European Community. This is a further guarantee of quality construction and company reliability.

ΠBreda sectional doors are CE certified to UNI EN 13241-1:2004 standard, which is mandatory for all doors produced and sold in the European Community. This standard covers the service and safety requirements for industrial, residential and garage doors and gates.
Breda has designed and equipped its products with mandatory safety systems to meet the requirements of the UNI EN 13241-1 standard against the risks of shearing, cutting, conveyance and crushing. These systems include: spring break safety device, cable break safety device, track covers, finger protection panel edges and hinges and brackets without protuberances.
All Breda loading doors are marked CE and carry a Conformity Declaration as well as Maintenance and Assembling Instruction Manuals.
Further more, the Breda Company has put in place a quality management system certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard and an environmental management system system certified to UNI EN 14001:2004 standard.
