SAFETY DEVICES:
01 CABLE BREAK SAFETY DEVICE:
mechanical safety device operating if one of the cables should accidentally break, thus stopping the door from falling. Mandatory safety devices for all doors, according to weight and model.
02 SPRING BREAK SAFETY DEVICE: Breda safety device operating if one of the springs should accidentally break, thus stopping the door slamming. (Mandatory safety device for all doors).
03 TRACKS WITH TRACK COVER: Breda system (patent pending) that prevents finger insertion into the wheel sliding track.
04 PANELS WITH FINGER PROTECTION SYSTEM: against the risk of fingers being crushed between panels (Breda Patented system).
05 LOCK TO PREVENT INTRUDERS FROM LIFTING THE DOOR (for manual doors): side lock operating from the inside and from the outside (accessory) lock with slide bolt working from the inside only (production model).
FOR DOORS WITH MOTORS:
06 SAFETY DEVICE AGAINST CABLE FLEETING: mandatory for motorised doors with single and three-phased gear motors. Used only with horizontal sliding systems or inclined sliding systems up to 10°. Device awarded with the “Security & Safety Award 2006”.
07 MICROSWITCH FOR PEDESTRIAN DOOR: it stops the sliding movement of the door if the pedestrian door should be half-open or accidentally opened during movement (mandatory).
08 FLASHING LIGHT: it operates when the sectional door is in motion (mandatory on public roads).
09 PHOTOCELLS: re-open the door in safety phase, in case of transit in the working area of the door.
10 INFRARED SAFETY RIB: the safety rib provides anti-crushing safety during the closing phase of your door.
